Birdie Stitches: August


And here it is....the eagerly anticipated (well, by me anyway) August Birdie Stitches block.  The normal down-loadable August template just did not speak to me, so I wanted to take the opportunity to an August scene that often reflects my own holiday and insert my personality into this project.   I am so pleased!


I am nearly on schedule with this stitch along, but still have June to sketch and stitch.  It's going to be a camping birdie :)

    Hee hee, fab! Now that you've gone off-piste though, I'm imagining all sort of personalised blocks I could do (the originals were a little too cutesy and not quite me) ARGH! I don't have time!!!

    It is perfect. Don't know what they had planned for August but this has to be better because it is so playful and sweet.
