Goodie Goodie Gumdrops!

On Saturday I went to my local Irish Patchwork Society meeting for a little chat and inspiration.  It's always a good time.  Well, at each monthly meeting we have a raffle for a few fab prizes.  This month I was lucky enough to win!  Woo hoo!

Isn't it pretty?  It's a little pack of 8 coordinating 10x10 inch squares.  Yippee!  I'm totally in love with 5 of them, which is great luck.  So, here's the question...what do you guys make with 10 inch squares?  Have you ever used just a few out of a layer cake?  I think they're pretty together and would like to use them in one project...I just have to find a suitable idea!  What a great thing to think about on my morning commute!

Oh!  And do any of you know what the top print is?  Anyone know the designer?  This isn't a quiz...I'd just like to pick up a bit more for my stash :)

Your fabrics are pretty! Congrats on your win! Never used 10" squares and no idea what that fabric is! Great help, aren't I?!

These little thread catchers use 2 10" squares each, great for loose ends.

Search through Missouri Star Quilt Company's video tutorials. They use 10" squares all the time. Can't wait to see what you decide on.

Simple zippy or frame purses, you' d get decent sides cut from 10", or even keep to size for zippies! No idea on that print, Sarah O will know x

I have some of that top print! It is Papillon by Jesssica Gonacha for Red Rooster Fabrics DSN# 21593. And - yes - there are three "s"s in Jesssica on the selvedge :-)

10" squares are brilliant for the stack n whack technique. Throw in some solid and you've enough for some fab floor cushions! No clue what the top print is, sorry! Jxo

I can't believe Sarah didn't know the name of the fabric! I think they'd make lovely zipped pouches...

Baby Quilt!! 8 of them approx 30" x 40" if you add white solid, maybe even just triangle them half white.
You could almost double the quilt size. or again with white big pinwheels.... Kxx
