Have you heard about Pay It Forward in blogland? I saw this mentioned in several blogs, but had no idea what folks were chatting about. Maybe I am slow to pick up trends and you are way ahead of me. Who am I kidding? I am absolutely slow to pick up trends and of course you're way ahead of me. Well, thank goodness for Jennifer at Knotted Thread...she decoded the mystery.
Here's the idea:
1. I will make something for the first 3 people to comment on this post. What I make will be a surprise, and could arrive anytime in the next year. It will be a random surprise in your mail box.
2. To sign up, you need to play along as well. (duhh, pay it forward) - post this, or something similar on your blog.
3. You must have a blog (or else where are you going to post this, silly?)
When you comment, I will email you to get your mailing address and you will receive something from me. Let's spread the bloggy love, guys!
If you haven't been to Jennifer's blog, do hop over there. She's a new blogger and would like to expand her bloggy circle. She has two remaining spaces on her sign ups too!

Just did something similar on Facebook (if anybody knows that) and I loved the stuff that arrived in the last month :)
This sounds like fun. I find it a joy to make a difference in someones life when they are least expecting it.
Phew! Safe to comment now. I still have two more of my PIFs to do and I signed up for it in Feb or March. I know I have a year but honestly I didn't think it would take me this long!
It's a wonderful concept and I hope it goes well for you and the others who join you. I agreed to PIF a few years ago (knitting blogland). I don't know what happened, perhaps it's because I had almost no followers, but no one opted to join me so that fell a bit flat! I guess that's why I didn't ever receive anything either!
